MISSION & VALUES
MISSION
We provide strengths-based, neuroaffirming coaching that helps individuals strengthen executive function skills; understand, accept, and manage their neurodivergence; and build confidence and self-determination across personal, academic, and professional areas of life.

We also support caregivers and partners seeking to better understand neurodivergence and develop strategies to improve family and relationship dynamics.
Through powerful questions, compassionate partnership, and an inclusive space, we offer not just connection, but also tools, resources, and education that support meaningful, sustainable progress.
Our coaching is collaborative, authentic, and rooted in curiosity, trust, and a belief in every individual’s unique potential.
VALUES
Compassion
We approach every coaching relationship with authenticity, empathy, humility, and respect, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where each client feels seen, heard, and valued.

Excellence
We are committed to doing our work with care, professionalism, and integrity, striving for high standards in every session, resource, and relationship.

Curiosity
We embrace lifelong learning, honoring both lived experience and research-based education to support informed, individualized growth for our clients and ourselves.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY
We follow a holistic and strengths-based coaching paradigm. As credentialed members of the International Coaching Federation, we follow the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies.
It's important for us to create an environment of belonging, authenticity, open-mindedness, accessibility, and inclusion.
Coaching is a collaborative effort, a partnership which requires non-judgment, trust, communication, and empathy. Every background, identity, and story is different – there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
We aspire to embody one of our favorite unattributed quotes: "Be so completely yourself that everyone feels safe to be themselves too."
