ABOUT MARIANNA
HI THERE
I'm Marianna [née Szczepkowski] Henry (she/her). I am a bilingual first-generation American. My family emigrated from Warsaw, Poland, and settled in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
I am thrilled to have recently returned to the lakeshore of West Michigan after 17 years in Utah where I built a meaningful career in higher education and professional coaching.
I founded MH Success Coaching & Consulting in 2020, and have completed thousands of hours of coaching in higher ed and my private practice.
I have partnered with ADHD and AuDHD clients of all ages for nearly seven years. As a mother with ADHD, partner to an ADHDer, and parent to multiply-neurodivergent children, I understand the daily, practical complexities of neurodivergence from the inside out.
I am trained and well-versed in neurodivergence, co-occurring conditions, and executive function challenges and strategies, and I am always learning, growing, and training and mentoring others in this space.
In my personal time, I enjoy singing, reading, writing, Halloween, being at the beach, home improvement, amusement parks, traveling with my family, and spending time with our sassy fluffy cat and sweet new puppy.
