ABOUT MARIANNA

HI THERE

My pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a bilingual first-generation American. My family emigrated from Warsaw, Poland, and settled in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I moved to Utah in 2008 for my partner's career opportunity, and spent 14 years as a higher education professional. I founded MH Success Coaching in 2020, and have completed thousands of hours of coaching in higher ed and my private practice.

I have partnered with ADHD clients of all ages for over four years. In addition, my two youngest children, as well as my partner and I, were diagnosed in the last few years! I am trained and well-versed in neurodivergence, as well as executive function challenges and strategies, and I am always learning and growing in this space.

In my personal time, I enjoy singing, planning events, reading, writing, Halloween, making skincare products, home improvement, Disneyland, Star Wars, and traveling in the U.S. and abroad with my family. We also have a sassy fluffy cat and recently lost the best big red dog ever, who we miss very much.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I follow a holistic and strengths-based coaching paradigm. As a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation, and President-Elect of the ICF High Country chapter, I also follow the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. It's important for me to create an environment of belonging, authenticity, open-mindedness, accessibility, and inclusion. I aspire to embody one of my favorite unattributed quotes: "Be so completely yourself that everyone feels safe to be themselves too."

Coaching is a collaborative effort, a partnership which requires non-judgment, trust, communication, and empathy. Every background, identity, and story is different – there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I like to prep for each session with the mantra, "Stay curious a little longer." I love helping clients, students, teams, and organizations implement a strengths-based mindset and culture.

In an effort to support the community, a percentage of profits go to funding coaching scholarships for clients in need.
